photoblog image Er Fresias?

Er Fresias?

Er, fresias? Not sure, but they were pretty enough to capture and I thought they made a nice arc shape and the colours are complementary.

Love the lighting and depth of field Colin. Love Freesias, they have such a wonderful scent.
chunter: Ooh, they are fresias then? I'm getting better. I didn't get close enough to sniff these, but I'll check out the next ones I see.

Thanks pixelpixie.
Delicate, fragrant and very beautiful flowers. Shame there is no smelly-vision. Love the photograph, gentle and serene and very pleasing to the eye. (:o)
chunter: Aren't they just? Thanks so much Rosalyn.

Wonderful image. The background is about perfect.
chunter: A wooded garden - it was very lovely too. Thanks Ray.

This is absolutely fabulous, Colin. OMG. I love it. The only thing I might want to do is clone out the one stem in the bottom-right corner. But otherwise, this is sublime for me. A Likey!
chunter: Clone out the stem in the bottom corner ... now that would be common sense, and I'm clearly not wholly endowed with that.

I completely missed that when I posted this in a hurry, Ginnie; guilty of not checking the entire frame (or finished picture). I'll take a slapped wrist for that basic error!
beautiful!!
chunter: Good of you to say so, Patrick. Thanks.
WOW! Those colours are beyond devine! An exceptionally beautifull photograph! :o) Elize
chunter: Hi Elize; many thanks for your very generous comments, as always. This is probably my comfort zone - they don't move at breakneck speed like your subjects, so I can keep up!
Absolutely stunning Colin :d

Suby
chunter: Thanks Suby, but as Ginnie observed, I'm guilty of a slight lack of attention to detail here.

I love the composition and the DOF is just right
chunter: Thank you Paul, I appreciate your visit.

I like to have a little of the subject soft occasionally to give it depth. It doesn't always work, but this one does seems to work, doesn't it?
